Refund Policy

GENERAL

1.1      Earthen Soul Indigenous Products, having its registered office at No.161, 7th Cross, LG Rose Heritage, Off Bande Hosur, Bagalur, Bengaluru – 562149, India

(“Earthen Soul”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is managing and operating the mobile website and mobile [www.earthen-soul.com] (collectively referred to as the “Earthen Soul Platform”), through which it inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of products listed and sold (“Products”) to the users of the Earthen Soul Platform (“User” or “Users” or “you” or “your”).

1.2      This return and refund (“Policy”), together with the Terms sets out our policies and procedures for accepting the return of Product, cancellation of order, and refund thereof.

1.3      By agreeing to use the Earthen Soul Platform and/ or purchasing a Product on the Earthen Soul Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. We encourage you to read and understand the terms of this Policy every time you visit the Earthen Soul Platform. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to use, access or transact on the Earthen Soul Platform.

RETURN PROCESS

2.1      We may accept the request for the return of the Product, in case of domestic orders only. The eligibility and criteria for the return of each Product are mentioned on the relevant Product Page.

2.2      You shall initiate such requests for a return within 24 hours from the date on which you receive the delivery of the Product. Provided, in case of damaged or defective Products, you shall send a photo and details of the defective Products to  support@earthen-soul.com within 24 hours from the date on which you receive the Products.

2.3      We would accept the request for the return of such Product subject to the terms of this Policy.

2.4      Your return will be processed only when the conditions as may be stipulated under this Policy from time to time are fulfilled at the time of the return of such Products, such as the Product being returned in original condition, along with the price tag intact including the original packaging of the product, the brand outer packaging and all accessories therein, no damage has occurred post-delivery of the Product while in your possession etc.

2.5      You can return the Product(s), purchased from us provided that: –

  1. i) The Product does not belong to a non-returnable category.
  1. ii) The Product has not been used or tampered with by you.

               iii)   There are no stains, dents, scratches, tears, or damage on the Product indicating its usage.

  1. iv) The price tag /bar code, brand tags, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories are intact and not altered, damaged, or discarded by you.
  1. v) Return is being initiated against the order under which it was bought and from the same account.
  1. vi) The serial number/ bar code of the Product matches our records.
  • The Product(s), if bought as a set, should be exchanged as the complete set.
  • We are satisfied that the Product has not been rendered defective or unusable due to any fault of the buyer.

2.6      You agree that we will not accept the return of any Product: –

  1. i) if you have placed the order for the wrong product model, colour or incorrect Product.
  1. ii) if you fail to request a return/register a complaint about the Product within the period of return as specified in Clause 2.2 above.

               iii)   in case of any damage to the Product caused by your improper wearing/usage or safekeeping of the Product.

  1. iv) in case of any modification or change to the Product by you or a third party.
  1. v) in case of any depreciation in the value of the Product for other reasons.

2.7      Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each Product’s colour and design, actual colours and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors.

2.8      We reserve the right to reject the return request for a Product if it does not satisfy the above conditions/Policy contained herein.

2.9      If you have received any Product that is subject to return in terms of this Policy, we suggest you immediately register a request in this regard on the Earthen Soul Platform. We will in our sole discretion verify the defects and damages in the Products or the non-compliances claimed in such Products are acceptable by us, and will accordingly post-verification, accept, or reject the return request.

2.10   We may request you to send us images of the damaged or defective Product received and/or allow our personnel to schedule a visit to assess the damage, defect, or non-compliance in the Product. Further to the assessment of the damage or the concern reported in the return request, we may in our sole discretion resolve the issue subject to the assessment, in a manner as we may deem fit.

2.11   Return of purchased Products is facilitated through our reverse-delivery logistics partners. On receipt of the request for return of the Product on the Earthen Soul Platform and the same being duly acknowledged by us, our delivery logistics partners may get in touch with you to collect the purchased Products from you.


RETURN TIME FRAME

In case of approved return, Your replacement will be delivered withing 5-7 Working days.

CANCELLATION

3.1       You can cancel the order before the dispatch of the Product.

3.2       The order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch has been initiated.

3.3       On the receipt of the order cancellation request, your order will be cancelled with immediate effect, and the refund process will be initiated within 7 working days of confirmation of cancellation, without any cost to you.

 

REFUND

4.1      Any refund will be made to you, in case of return of damaged or defective

Products or cancellation, only in the event the payment has been received by us for the Product. In any other case of returns (other than defective or damaged Products), we may replace the Product basis the policy mentioned on the Product page.

4.2      In the event you choose to return the Product, upon our verification and assessment in terms of this Policy, the refund amount for such Products which are eligible for return as per the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of us verifying the defect or the non-compliance in the Product.

4.3      We shall not make any refund in respect of a Product that is deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you. You acknowledge that after initiation of the refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider’s terms and conditions.

4.4      We do not make any cash refunds.

4.5      We reserve the right to reject a refund request for a Product if it does not satisfy the conditions specified under this Policy. We may in such cases notify you and send the returned Product back without initiating a refund.
